Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner Engineering EA5E-600Q parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dvt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cognex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bei such as the H38DCCW8GC7273SCUL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 552CW manufactured by Dvt and we are pleased to be able to service most Dvt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ISS510000 by Manufacturer Cognex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Computer-Conversions Brand HMR9064HB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dynapar such as 62PMEF0600A000 equipment made by Dynapar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynapar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynapar" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EX11310241 by Bei and 62PMEF0600A000 spares by Dynapar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VRF2D2G1S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bindicator.
